RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED AT HERRINGBONE’S ONLINE BOUTIQUE

Herringbone wants to ensure that you are satisfied with the fit, quality and design of your purchase from Herringbone. We also understand that sometimes a size may not fit, a design may not be suitable or a garment may not meet the high expectations of quality that are standard of all Herringbone products and services.

Customers may exchange or return all full-priced merchandise for a full refund, based on the original form of payment, within 21 days of purchase. If you are returning a gift and are not the original customer, you are entitled to a Store or Online Merchandise Credit. Merchandise must be returned in its original condition, with appropriate barcodes and proof of purchase.

Herringbone covers the cost of any full-priced returns or exchanges for purchases at Herringbone.com within Australia, utilizing the Australia Post network.

Items purchase ‘On Sale’ at Herringbone.com may not be exchanged or refunded.

YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE OPTIONS

Return or Exchange Herringbone.com merchandise to any Herringbone Retail Store.

Customers may return items for refund or exchange at any Herringbone Retail store within 21 days of purchase, providing proof of purchase and meeting the above conditions. Please note that the condition of the garment may be assessed by the Store Manager, and it is at his/her discretion to return this merchandise if the condition of the garment is in question.

Returning Herringbone.com merchandise via Herringbone.com

All customer purchases made at Herringbone.com will be listed under ‘My Account’. Login at Herringbone.com to view prior and processing purchases.

By logging into your customer account and selecting the Order Reference for ‘Return’, an email will be sent to your address and a Return Label will open in a new window for you to print and attach to the outside of the returns package. The Australia Post address label is valid for the postage of one return package at no cost to the customer.

Upon receipt of the returned garment to Herringbone, the customer will be issued with an ‘Approved’ or ‘Declined’ response via email.
